H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccination Information:

HlN1 (Swine Flu) Vaccine is available. We have both the live Flu Mist Nasal Spray and the inactive injection. Oregon Public Health officials have removed the previous restrictions and recommend everyone get vaccinated. It is still important that those at high risk for complications from flu get vaccinated as soon as possible.

Children age 9 years and younger need 2 doses of vaccine 1 month apart.

Seasonal Influenza Vaccine is still not in stock at Sunset Medical Practice Group.

Now that more vaccine is available and with more coming each week there will be Flu Clinics scheduled within the community too. Please find out where vaccines will be offered at www.flu.oregon.gov.

Oregon Public Health Flu Hotline offers a triage line with a licensed healthcare provider to assist you with questions about symptoms or exposure. This number is 1-800-978-3040.
